I'm going to be traveling next week, and will have extremely limited posting and e-mail access at that time.

Having a "birthday celebration" for my dad tomorrow, so I will be gone the entire day, hopefully to return in the evening. I suspect it will be emotional, but in a good way. Chat with y'all again either tomorrow night or Sunday!!

Oh thanks! Yeah, everything seems OK -- she had surgery to remove some "questionable" tissue, and the initial reports from the surgeon and radiologists is that there's nothing to worry about. But we'll know for sure on Tuesday when she gets the pathology results.

Just an update since folks have been so warm with the well wishes: Judy's pathology test came back yesterday and was negative, so there's nothing to worry about.  I'm back at work today, so there shouldn't be any more delays on my end about posting. Ironically, I seem to have more free time at work than I do at home taking care of an adorable toddler. Who knew? I'm soooo tired.... |

I myself will be gone Friday-Sunday, as I'll be gallavanting it up in Salem, MA. There's always a chance the hotel will have wireless, but I wouldn't count on it, either.

We're driving down to the D.C. area for a long weekend to visit friends, show off Jordana, and visit my niece who just started at U of Maryland. (Go, Terps.) I'll be out from Friday through Monday, but I may pop online once or twice from Judy's friend's house over the weekend. |
