Argushem - An androsphinx of Xen'drik and known as the "Guardian of Gerhest."
Bereschel Arvonesh d'Deneith - Gold Blade soldier of House Deneith.
Birne, Captain - A barbarian-turned-mercenary, Greigur's right-hand man in the Deneith enclave in Stormreach.

Diesa, Lady - Female dwarf of House Kundarak.
Drix - Changeling whose acquaintance was met at the Coin Lords' gala.
Drüth - A dwarf artificer who runs a shop beneath the Marketplace in Stormreach. An acquaintance of Spindrift.
Fherina Heartsvale - A gnome investigative reporter with the Korranberg Chronicle out of the Passage offices. Her doings led to some fame/notoriety for the PCs.
Greigur, Captain (Lord) - High-ranking dragonmarked heir of Deneith and a Sentinel Marshal. Commander of the Deneith enclave in Stormreach. He has a reputation for severity and for throwing his weight around Stormreach, since he is so far from the Five Nations. But he's known as a man who gets what he wants.
Haralee - A female elf from Aerenal. Serves Ptolyn.
ir'Serells - A family of necromancers.
Korvine, Lady - A middle-aged warrior and administrator of House Deneith, stationed in the Fairhaven enclave. She offered to help support Kal and the group's investigations against Malov.
Krez, Major - A Karrnathi vampire and member of the Order of the Emerald Claw.
Lamara d'Medani - An inquisitive of House Medani. Also an excoriate and servant of Malov.
Lerrhana - An elf ranger and alleged princess from Aerenal, formerly a captive of Krez. She is a member of the Deathguard, an elite order who hunt the undead on behalf of the Undying Court. She is a cousin to Etrigani—the diplomat who became the queen of Karrnath when she married King Kaius III—and a second cousin to the Sibling Kings who rule Aerenal.
Larest ir'Zathyran - A charismatic mage with human and aasimar blood. He is a professor of anthropology and history at Morgrave University—mostly specializing in the Dhakaani Empire. He is determined to find the Eye of Azalar.
Malov ir'Turian - A human wizard and infamous criminal. According to Lady Korvine and the Emissary, he is the mastermind behind the Dark Echelon.
Matheu (Matheurynivorak) - A pseudodragon, claiming to come from the legendary dragon continent of Argonnessen. He introduces himself as a "preeminent sage and arcane scholar." He also explained that he has chosen to accompany the PCs "for an indeterminate amount of time."
Morsha - Half-elf captain of the Merrow Down. She bears the Siberys Mark of Storm.

Trephsam - Human warrior in the employ of the Coin Lords who lost his arm in the capturing of Argushem.
Varna (Varnyra) - Streko's older sister, a roguish girl who has, at times, fallen in the wrong crowd. She is nicknamed after the city, Varna, the capital of the Eldeen Reaches.

Wood Mistress - Also known as the Maiden of Secrets, a nymph who holds considerable influence among the fey of the Whisper Woods, representing the Faerie Court of Thelanis. She gave Belarin a pact blade and swore him to service: among other things, he must return what was taken from her and slay the one who took it.

- Jonas Wylkes - Human of mercenary build. Master of the Harbor. It is said his family was installed long ago by the king of Galifar.
- Kirris Sel Shadra - Gnome from a family of Zilargo smugglers. She represents Oldgate and Southwatch. A masterful manipulator.
- Paulo Omaren - Human heir of Delera Omaren, the "pirate queen" of the Thunder Sea. She represents Forgelight and Temple and it is she who brought the Iron Watch.
- Varen Lassite - Human of middling years, one of the few Coin Lords liked by the people. A swashbuckler and silver-tongued rogue. Represents Cross and Marketplace.
- Yorrick Amanatu - Old dwarf, representing Respite and Silverwall. He is one of the founding members of modern Stormreach (over 300 years old).
