So check this out. It looks like the first Eberron article I did for DDI won't go live until May. But, I've just been asked to jump on an [allegedly time-deadlined] second article, which will be part 3 of the 3-part Fairhaven series. Specifically, a Fairhaven article about some NPC villain-types and maybe some city locations. How...ironic.  |

Yeah, what Jeff said is true. I'll say that subscription is definitely worth it if you enjoy creating completely statted-up characters in 4e (the DDI Character Generator is awesome, and has had a major impact on the RPG industry, not all of it good for third-party publishers like those that Jeff, Mike, & I have worked for), or if you like reading Dragon and Dungeon magazines (which are 100% online now), or if you're looking for cool new stuff for a particular character class (the "Class Acts" series).
But otherwise, skip it.

Excellent review. Just FYI - this weekend is going to be opening weekend for Shutter Island!!! It is my movie event of 2010!! Let me know what you think if you see it!

Oh, shutter island that looks brilliantly lovecraftian. I'm dying to see it but prob'ly won't in the theaters. If I go to the movies it's generally the whole family; I seldom go on my own.

Also - a HEAD'S UP - I will be in training from 2/22 - 2/26, basically learning how to make arrests and pepper-spraying people. I'm not sure if I will have internet access where I am being put up, so Monday through Friday of next week, I might not be around. If I do have interent access where I am going to be in training, then you can disregard this message altogether. I suppose I should put this in the correct folder. Heh.
