Right. The Aundairian rings don't need attunement. A reminder that there is a section listing each person's attuned items just below the coins/money section.

_______________ Kal will cast Scorching Ray. One bolt on each creature.
(If Kal can't see the one east of Thul, he'll put two into the southern one.)He can definitely only see two out of the evidently three. He may be a Spell Sniper but he can't shoot through walls or around corners! He can move into Tangat's space to get his eyes on two of them easily enough. Attachments:

A bad copy-and-paste. Um.
Fixed. And it was never in the DE Stats doc.

Hey Jeff, did you include the damage from Shorak on the crab that is left?

Belarin emerges to behold a scene of delirious chaos: In the middle of the wind and rain, Kal and Histra's skeleton are fighting a giant crab that's enveloped in flame, Melethos is wrestling himself free from another crab (although this one appears dead) -- near the rearing head of the serpent! Of course. He hears more fighting behind him, but he's already recognized the main adversary. He taps Shorak on the shoulder and says, "Shorak, that snake leaves a nasty sting / You're invisible now - go kill that thing!" _____________________________ Belarin casts greater invisibility on Shorak. He then goes back down the ladder. Ken, by the time Belarin comes up, he cannot actually see the serpent. The Wall of Fire, which appeared on Kal's turn, is opaque (as suggested in the narrative and in the spell description). That said, Shorak and Sem and Adamant and Streko have, of course, already seen it and been afflicted by its gem-light. Belarin wouldn't know about the serpent just yet, but he can see his allies staggering from some recent attack, probably blinking a whole lot.

Thanks, Ken! Let's see if we can't turn Shorak into a cuisinart against this serpent.

Jeff, could Storm Sphere be used to dissipate the Cloudkill spell?

A good question. Storm Sphere is a 4th level damaging spell and Cloudkill is a 5th-level damaging spell, so it can't just disperse it outright in the way that a nondamaging spell like Gust of Wind is good for. But I would allow it have some kind of impact. Wherever you overlap the Storm Sphere on the Cloudkill (and they are the same exact size so it could completely occupy the same space), then I would grant advantage to all creatures on their Con saving throws against the poison (since it's getting thinned out and blown around). Moreover, when the Cloudkill moves, I'll have it move twice as fast.

Hey Brian, did you really roll d10s instead of d20s for your Eldritch Blast attack rolls in your most recent post?

Dave, OMG, you're right. I did roll d10s. Thanks for the catch. Jeff and I both missed that.
Jeff, I'll roll d20s and add them as an EDIT below my post. You can decide what to do about Mel's turn. If you decide to just move on, that's fine with me.

If I understand the current situation, there's a 10' wide row to run down that's clear of gas. I'm not sure where exactly it is, but after Dave B posts his turn, Adamat is going to go north one to help Streko and then whatever it takes to get to the open area of gas and move as far down that as he can. But we're still dealing wiht pitching decks so it won't be far.

Oh, it was well observed. In fact, the fact that all the damage dealt to the serpent didn't stop concentration. Wasn't a traditional spell in that way, for this guy.

Darren, you might missed my previous post with the message to Kal. Belarin is still below, tending to a weakened Tangat.

Full disclosure: About half of Belarin's song is from a track by Qntal, a German fey/synthwave band (!) that I came across while looking for the type of music that Belarin might have experienced. I altered it to be more fey/autumn/Histra oriented.
I enjoyed writing that post quite a bit, Jeff. Thanks.

Hah. I'd written a singing post for Big Red but decided to scrap it since everyone else seems to be singing. I do have an idea, so I'll work on it. Hopefully, I can post it tonight.
